This batch of products includes dozens of brands and models, such as Liugong, Hongyan Jieshi, Weichai/Cummins, Sinotruk, Shacman, and JAC Forklift, and is intended for equipment maintenance and repair at construction sites in Nigeria.
Due to the involvement of multiple brands, a wide variety of models, and high technical parameter requirements, it poses a strict test for precise matching and quality control. After receiving the order, our company uses the brand center warehouse ERP system to check each item one by one to ensure that the accessories are 100% compatible with the overseas on-site equipment, guaranteeing the reliability of use from the source.
Quality Assurance
During the shipping process, for export sea freight and long-distance transhipment, our company implements meticulous sorting, packaging and protection measures: electrical components (such as sensors and valves) are placed in waterproof bags before being packed into wooden crates, with moisture-proof pallets added to the base of the crates; metal parts (such as steering knuckles and brake drums) are secured with strapping bands, palletised and then wrapped in plastic film. All packaging is clearly labelled in accordance with customer specifications to facilitate verification by the port consignee and loading onto the vessel.
To ensure on-time delivery, our company has coordinated with the factory to optimize production scheduling, and assigned dedicated personnel to follow up on the entire process from inventory preparation, inspection, packaging, loading onto vehicles, to shipment, achieving efficient connection and controllable key nodes. Currently, the goods have been smoothly delivered to the port, with complete handover lists and complete procedures, and the delivery has been completed on schedule.
