Precautions when using the platform trailer to tow a road roller or a small excavator

1.The 3T platform trailer is used for loading a small crawler excavator or a small road roller. If you need to use it for other purposes, please consult the professionals.
2.Please check the tire pressure before use. The tire pressure value should be 6 bar, please inflate the tire in time when the tire pressure is low in order to avoid safety accidents.
3.The towing ring on the platform trailer should be directly connected to the towing pin on the tractor, and no flexible connection can be added in the middle.
4.Please connect the platform trailer to the tractor first, and apply reliable braking to the tractor before loading a roller or an excavator.

5.It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the platform trailer when it is towing a road roller or a small excavator.
6.The towing speed is not more than 30km/h. For safety reasons, the towing speed should be below 20km/h.
7.The platform trailer can only be used for single direction forward towing, the backward operation is not recommended.
8.When turning, the turning angle should be wide, and lateral dragging should not be allowed to avoid tire wear.
9.The towing distance should be not more than 20km. If it's larger than 20km, please transport by truck.
10.The platform trailer should travel on a flat road. When travelling on a bumpy road, extra care should be taken, as there is a risk of rollover.
11.The platform trailer is strictly prohibited to travel on potholes, muddy roads, unhardened roads and ramps which are more than 15%.
12.The platform trailer using hard connection towing, no braking system, will make the braking distance of the tractor lengthened, so please slow down in advance to avoid accidents.
