Railway Rail Model

(1)Light-weight rail type, material: Q235, 55Q; specification: 30 kg/m, 24 kg/m, 22 kg/m, 18 kg/m, 15 kg/m, 12 kg/m, 8kg/m.

(2)Heavy-duty rail type, material: 45MN, U71MN; specification: 50 kg/m, 43 kg/m, 38 kg/m, 33 kg/m.

Side Frame & Bolster

Side frame and bolster are the components of the bogie, and the side frame links the various parts of the bogie together to form a whole. It has box boxes at both ends to install them. A spring cap is provided in the middle of the side frame, which is where the spring vibration damping device is installed.

The bolster is together with the lower plate, the box cast into one, its two ends support on the spring. The weight and load of the car body pass through the lower heart disc to the two pillow springs, and then the two side frames are connected through the bolster.

Drope Type Fuse

Drop type fuse is the most commonly used short circuit protection switch of 10kV distribution line branch line and distribution transformer.

The drop fuse is installed on the 10kV distribution line branch line, which can reduce the scope of power outages, because it has an obvious break point, has the function of disconnecting switch, and creates a safe working environment for the maintenance section line and equipment.

It has the characteristics of economy, convenient operation, strong adaptation to the outdoor environment, and is widely used in the 10kV distribution line and distribution transformer primary side as the protection and equipment casting and cutting operation, and has been popularized.

Steel-cored Aluminium Conductor

It is suitable for fixed laying rated voltage of 1kV (um=1.2 kV) to 35kV(um=40.5kV) for distribution network or industrial installations, buildings, structures and ancillary facilities.
